Former offensive lineman Cal Dietz was a NAIA All-American in 1995 and was twice named first team all-conference.  He also paved the way for the Oilers ground game during their championship season of 1995.

Darrell Ramsey was selected as the tight end for the team and was an All-American during the 1997 national championship campaign for Findlay.  He ranks third all-time at Findlay with 22 career touchdown receptions.

Nate Arnold was a first team All-American for the Oilers in 1995 and 1996 as a defensive lineman and holds the school record for sacks in a season with 12, which he achieved during the 1995 campaign.

Ray Long was selected as a linebacker and earned All-American honors during the 1994 and 1995 seasons for the Oilers.  Long won two national championships with the Oilers during the 1992 and 1995 seasons and is the school record holder for career tackles with 432.

Nate Weihrauch earned a spot on the team in the defensive backfield and was an All-American for the Oilers during the 1995 and 1996 seasons.  He holds a school record for most interceptions returned for a touchdown with five in his career.
