Bio

Tom Coughlin is entering his second season with the Oilers football program in the 2022 season and will serve as the team's pass game coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

Coughlin came to Findlay after three seasons at nearby Heidelberg University where he served as the quarterbacks coach for the Student Prince. Whilte at the Berg, Coughlin coached a pair of quarterbacks to all-conference accolades including one that broke the school record for passing touchdowns in a single season.

Before coming to Northwest Ohio, Coughlin spent time as the wide receivers coach at Morehead State University and also at Ithaca College in New York.

As a player, Coughlin first attended Northern Illinois University which was followed by a stop at Pasadena City College in California. He concluded his time as a quarterback at Division III Wisconsin-Whitewater where he helped lead the Warhawks to national championships in 2011 and 2013.
