Caiola Named GLIAC Player of the Week

Junior guard Kyle Caiola of The University of Findlay men's basketball team was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) South Division Player of the Week on Monday, February 28 after averaging 17.0 points, 2.0 assists, 1.5 rebounds and 1.0 steals per game in a pair of victories.

In the Oilers 64-53 win over Hillsdale College on Thursday, February 24, Caiola hit all ten of his free throw attempts en route to a game-high 18 points. In the Oilers 70-56 win over Lake Superior State on Saturday, February 26, he scored a game-high 16 points and hit 4-of-8 three pointers.

On the season, Caiola is averaging 13.8 points per game.
