The University of Findlay men's basketball team cruised to a 93-67 victory over Lake Erie College on Feb. 17 in Niekamp Arena. The win pushes the Oilers record to 16-8 on the season with a 10-6 mark in Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) play.
The Oilers hit 58.2 percent (32-of-55) of their shot attempts and canned 52.2 percent (12-of-23) of their three point tries in the win. They also had a season-high 15 steals and forced 20 turnovers.
Senior forward Anthony Masterlasco led five players in double figures with 23 points and seven boards while junior guard Joey Edmonds had 16 points, four steals, and three assists.
Senior guard Tre'Maine Gray produced 15 points, five assists, and four rebounds while senior forward Deven Stover posted 13 points on 5-of-6 shooting.
Senior forward Brady Wildermuth also reached double figures with ten points while senior guard Ethan Linder scored eight.
The Storm were led by Jordan Burton's 16 points.
The Oilers will be back in action again on Feb. 22 when they travel to Canton, Ohio to take on Malone University at 7:30 p.m.
