Oilers Remain 5th in Regional Rankings

The University of Findlay men's basketball team is ranked fifth in the third NCAA Division II Midwest Regional ranking, which was released on March 2. The top-eight in the poll at the end of the year will qualify for the 2022 NCAA Division II National Tournament.

The Oilers are currently 19-9 on the season with a 16-8 record against regional opponents. They have two wins over Hillsdale College, who is fourth in the rankings, a win over second-ranked Ferris State University, and a win against eighth-ranked Ashland University. They also have three victories over Malone University, who has appeared in the first two regional rankings.
