Oilers Take 5th at Cardinal Spring Invitational

The University of Findlay men's golf team placed fifth at the Cardinal Spring Invitational, which was played at the Boone Links Golf Course in Florence, Ky.  The event was shortened to 27-holes on Saturday (March 23) due to expected snowfall that cancelled the final round scheduled for Sunday (March 24).

The Oilers shot a 27-hole score of 472 and were led by Marcus Hunt, who shot a 78 in the first round and then came back with a two-over par score of 38 in the final nine holes.

Jake North (80, 37), Dustin Lieber (79, 39), Ty Tweed (80, 39), Jack Kastor (78, 42), Adam Johnson (77, 43), Kirby Doidge (80, 41), Stephen Sinchok (80, 42) and Chien-Han Sung (82, 41) also competed for Findlay.
