Hunter Foltz Hired As Assistant Golf Coach

Findlay, Ohio- The University of Findlay department of athletics has announced the hiring of Hunter Foltz as their new assistant men's and women's golf coach. 

"We are extremely excited to add Hunter Foltz to our staff," said head golf coach Dominic Guarnieri. "He brings five years of playing experience and truly embodies our program's culture and expectations. I am confident that he will assist in the growth of both the men's and women's programs."

A 2022 graduate of the University of Findlay, Foltz was a four-year letter winner for the men's golf team. 

An all-conference selection, he carried a 74.37 career scoring average (2019-2023), the eighth lowest scoring average in program history. His career was highlighted with a runner-up finish at the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Championship with a score of 218 (+2). Foltz also has the seventh best 36-hole score in UF history as he recorded a 139 (-5) at the Doc Spragg Fall Invite.

The Van Buren, Ohio native earned his undergraduate degree in business management before earning his Master's of Business Administration, both from the University of Findlay.
