Oilers Earn Academic Honors | 5 Athletes Recognized
The University of Findlay men and women's track and field teams earned all-academic honors from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) and five individuals were awarded the all-academic award for their performance in the classroom.
The women's squad finished the season with a 3.47 cumulative grade point average while the men checked in with a 3.10 GPA.
Meadow Cromer, Hannah Hahler, and Semoy Hemmings all earned individual honors from the women's team while Martin Etsey and Javian Martin were honored from the men's squad.
To qualify for the USTFCCCA All-Academic award, student-athletes must have compiled a cumulative GPA of 3.25 and have reached a provisional or automatic qualifying standard for the NCAA Championships in either the indoor or outdoor season.
