Aubry Named GLIAC Player of the Week

Junior guard Clare Aubry was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) South Division Player of the Week on Monday, January 31 after leading the Oilers to a pair of wins against Lake Erie College and Ashland University.

During the week, Aubry averaged 20.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.0 steals per game. She registered ten points and four rebounds in the Oilers 73-49 win at Lake Erie on January 27 and then came back with 30 points, five assists, four rebounds and three steals in the Oilers 81-73 overtime win at Ashland on January 29.

In the win at Ashland, Aubry sent the game into overtime by hitting a three pointer and scored ten of the Oilers 15 points in the extra session to give them the win.

On the season, Aubry is averaging 15.3 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game.
