Oilers Take Part in Right to Read Week

The University of Findlay women's basketball team participated in Right to Read Week at Bigelow Hill Intermediate School on Oct. 16.  The Oilers read to elementary students and had a wonderful time doing so.

"It was a great experience for us to read to children in our community," said head coach Kate Cummings.  "We really enjoyed interacting with the students and talking about the importance of academics.  For the players, it was good to put them in a role model atmosphere and it was an opportunity for them to share their own experiences.
