Hintz Earns Third Player of the Week Honor
Findlay, Ohio – University of Findlay senior Anna Hintz has secured her third Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Player of the Week honor this season following a pair of solid performances last week.
The North Fairfield, Ohio native led all G-MAC players in scoring last week, averaging 22.5 points per game and added in 7.5 rebounds per game, as well. With last week's performance, Hintz is still the league leader in both points per game and rebounds at 19.0 ppg and 8.7 reb.
She is also moving up the all-time lists at Findlay. Hintz is now in sole possession of third all-time at Findlay with 1,443 points, just 55 points shy of taking second on that list. She also has corralled 883 rebounds in her career which is good for second all-time at UF.
Hintz and the Oilers will wrap up their regular season with home games this Thursday and Saturday, Feb. 28 and March 2.
