Albers Completes 2nd Day of National Championship

Sophomore Brooke Albers fired an 85 during the second round of the 2012 NCAA Division II National Championship, which concluded on Thursday, May 17 at the Persimmon Ridge Golf Course in Louisville, Ky. 

Albers, the first women's golfer to compete in the national championship at the NCAA level for the Oilers, carded an 86 during the first round on Wednesday and currently sits in 50th place at the tournament with a 171.

The tournament will continue again tomorrow and end on Saturday.
