The University of Findlay women's golf team placed eighth at the Dayton Invitational, which concluded on Tuesday, Oct. 23 in Dayton, Ohio.

The Oilers shot a 308 on the second day to end the tournament with a 625 (317, 308).

Lauren Vogt tied for 12th to lead the team with a 150 after carding a 74 on Tuesday.  She shot a 76 during the opening round of competition on Monday.

Kasey Petty (79, 78 – 157), Brooke Albers (83, 78 – 161), Hannah Schneider (85, 78 – 163) and Michele Schambs (79, 87 – 166) also competed for the Oilers at the event.
