Petty Named GLIAC Golfer of the Week
Senior Kasey Petty was named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Women's Golfer of the Week on Oct. 20 for her performance at the Dayton Fall Invitational on Oct. 19-20.
Petty won the tournament, which was being held at the NCR North Country Club in Kettering, Ohio, with a 6-over par score of 146. Petty finished the first round with a 1-over par score of 71 on Monday and then came back with a 5-over par score of 75 in the second round on Tuesday to take the title. She had four birdies and 24 pars over the course of the tourney.
