Oilers Finish 9th Nationally in Team GPA

The University of Findlay women's golf program finished ninth nationally among NCAA Division II teams in cumulative grade point average and were rewarded for their effort by receiving all-scholar honors. The award, which is presented by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA), was announced on July 11.

The Oilers, who were the only Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) program to earn the honor, finished the year with a 3.685 grade point average. Lindenwood University finished as the top program in the nation with a 3.886 GPA.
