Oilers Beat Arrows 20-9

The University of Findlay women's lacrosse team defeated Ursuline College 20-9 on April 23 in Pepper Pike, Ohio. The victory gives the Oilers a 5-6 record on the season with a 3-2 mark in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC).

Senior Ciara Burud led the way with seven goals, three ground balls, two draws, and two caused turnovers while junior Kendra Lindell, junior Mackenzie Cole, and sophomore Emma Heinrich had three goals apiece. Lindell also added ten draws in the victory.

Sophomore Izzy Murphy-Morrow and freshman Paige Falk had two goals apiece while junior Rachel Bornstein made five saves and picked up five ground balls to capture the win for Findlay in goal.

The Oilers will be back in action again on April 30 when they close out the regular season at home against Walsh University.
