Roughnecks Fall to 16th in National Poll
The University of Findlay wrestling team has dropped in the latest National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) poll, which was released on Thursday, Feb. 28. The Roughnecks are now ranked 16th nationally, down from ninth in the last rankings.
Individually, junior Adam Walters is ranked third in the 184-pound weight class while junior Ben Sergent (125) and senior Andrew Tumlin (285) are ranked seventh and eighth, respectively.
All three wrestlers along with senior Mason True will compete at the NCAA Division II National Championship on March 8-9 in Birmingham, Ala.
