Goebel Ranked 4th Nationally at 149

The National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) released their latest national rankings on Dec. 3. And the Roughnecks were positioned just outside the top-20.

Individually, sophomore Nick Goebel is ranked fourth in the nation in the 149-pound weight class.

Findlay is ranked fifth in the Super Region 2 rankings and Goebel is the top-ranked grappler in the region at 149.

Sophomore Joey White is ranked second in the region at 157 and sophomore Bradley Metz is ranked second in the region at 174.

Freshman Ryan Skonieczny is ranked fifth at 141 and sophomore Gerald Beck is ranked sixth at 197.

The Roughnecks will be back in action again on Saturday at the Ohio Northern Invite in Ada, Ohio.
