Metz Earns Great Midwest Wrestling Athlete of the Week

Findlay, Ohio - University of Findlay's Bradley Metz has been named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Wrestling Athlete of the Week on Tuesday, Dec. 5 following his performance at the Jim Koch Wisconsin Open.

Metz, ranked seventh in the country at 184 pounds, finished a perfect 4-0 to claim the 184-pound championship in Kenosha, Wis. The Roughnecks' senior picked up pins in back-to-back bouts to open up the event and later took down No. 11 in DII, David Hamil of Lindenwood by a score of 3-2 to advance to the finals. In the championship match, Metz defeated Division I opponent Will Feldkamp of Northern Illinois by a score of 5-1.
