Findlay Goes Undefeated on Spring Break Trip

Washington, DC- The University of Findlay women's tennis team concluded their spring break trip with a match against the University of the District of Columbia Wednesday, March 1. The Firebirds, who made it to the NCAA Division II Regionals last season, were no match for the Oilers as they came away with a 6-1 win.

Quote from Coach Jeff Westmeyer

As a team we had a very strong performance today that resulted in a victory against a formidable opponent that reached the NCAA regionals last year. Overall, the schedule for our spring break trip was quite hard and the players met the challenge, resulting in an extraordinary trip for the team. We will be looking to build on that success as we start league play.
