Oilers to Host #25 Cardinals, Warriors this Week
The Oilers will host Saginaw Valley State and Wayne State this week in Croy Gymnasium. The Oilers will play the 25th-ranked Cardinals on Friday, Oct. 9 at 7 p.m. and then face the Warriors on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 4 p.m. Both contests are scheduled to be played in Croy Gymnasium.

The Oilers are 12-3 on the year with a 6-1 mark in GLIAC contests.
Junior Hannah Tong has paced the offense with 213 kills. She has also added 29 blocks and 31 digs.
Freshman Amanda Winner has racked up 162 kills and 116 digs while sophomore Nickyla Garverick has produced 134 kills and 43 blocks.
Senior Julie Lyons has contributed 118 kills while hitting .433. She has also recorded a team-high 52 blocks.
Senior Andrea Roach has 86 kills and 25 blocks while freshman Hailee Olson has 646 assists, 69 digs, 28 kills and 27 blocks.
Senior Becca Shoemaker has led the defense with 181 digs while freshman Kara Scherger and sophomore Madelyn McCabe have 94 and 78 digs, respectively.
#25 Saginaw Valley State
The Cardinals are 13-2 on the year with a 5-2 record in conference play. They are ranked 25th in the nation.
Andrea Brigham has 185 kills to lead the squad while Kaylee Schmitt has recorded 169 kills.
Tamara Heller has recorded 108 kills and 192 digs while Kelly Velluci has produced 580 assists.
Wayne State
The Warriors are 7-9 on the year with a 3-4 record in GLIAC matches.
Hannah Moore leads the team with 176 kills while Grace Frazee and Mikayla Shell have accumulated 82 and 80 kills, respectively.
Maddison Smith and Brittany Guldan have 294 and 225 assists, respectively, while Ellie Rodriquez leads the team with 203 digs.
