Oilers Ranked 25th in National Poll
The University of Findlay volleyball team is ranked 25th in the latest NCAA Division II poll, which was released by the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) on Oct. 2.
The Oilers, who are 15-1 on the season, appear in the poll for the first time since they were ranked 25th on Oct. 23, 2006. Findlay is also undefeated in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) this year with an 8-0 record and have won five straight matches.
The Oilers will hit the road for the majority of October as they have only one home match slated to take place on Oct. 18 against Urbana. They will next battle Lake Erie College on Oct. 6 at 7pm in Painesville, Ohio.
