Blevins Picks Up G-MAC Athlete of the Week

Findlay, Ohio – The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) announced its selections for Athlete of the Week on Monday, Sep. 19. Findlay women's volleyball player Journey Blevins has picked up the weekly award after another dominating performance. 

Blevins has led the Oilers on a four game win streak, including two games this week by accounting for 32 points scored. The Richwood, Ohio native hit .386 on the week, recorded 30 kills (5 per set), 10 digs, and 3 blocks. Her best game came against Lake Erie where she recorded 12 kills in four sets and hit an impressive .500. This is Blevins' fifth career G-MAC Player of the Week honor and her second this season.
