Bio

Annie Coger is entering her seventh season as an assistant coach with the volleyball team in 2017.

From recruit to graduate assistant to alumna, Coger is no stranger to the University of Findlay. As a 2002 recruit from Toledo, Ohio, Coger signed with the Oilers volleyball program and she played four years for head coach Wick Colchagoff. She still holds the rank of third for career digs at 1,349.

After graduating in 2006 with a degree in Education, she returned to the program as a graduate assistant for two years, graduating with a masters degree in 2008.

Coger has coached at Oiler Attack Volleyball Club for the past seven years in addition to serving as the junior varsity and assistant varsity coach at Findlay High School for four seasons.

As an assistant coach, Coger serves as the program’s recruiting coordinator and works with all areas of the program, including practice planning, travel arrangements and instruction of defense and middle hitters.

Annie and her husband, Ray, live in Findlay with their son, Henry, and daughter, Amelia.
