Depp Breaks Record At Aquinas

Several members of The University of Findlay men's and women's outdoor track and field teams competed at the Aquinas Twilight in Grand Rapids, Michigan on Wednesday, May 11. Cody Crockett led the way by finishing first in the javelin with a mark of 53.44 meters.

Taylor Miller added a fifth place finish in the shot put on the men's side at 15.92 meters.

The women's team was led by Jessica Vorst who finished second in the shot put at 13.62 meters while Randi Depp who set a new school record with a toss of 54.27 meters in the hammer throw, which was also a NCAA provisional mark and good for third place.

The Oilers will be back in action tomorrow at the Keeler Invitational in Naperville, Illinois.
