Chad Wagner is entering his 22nd year as the strength and conditioning coach for The University of Findlay athletic department during the 2022-23 season.

Wagner was a four-year letter winner in baseball for the Oilers from 1996-2000 and finished his career ranked second in the all-time record books with a .372 career average.  During his senior season, Wagner was named first team all-GLIAC and was a NAIA all-Great Lakes Region selection as a junior in 1999.

He graduated in 2000 from Findlay with a degree in strength and conditioning and currently resides in Findlay with his wife, Cara, and their sons, Collin and Max, and daughter, Macey.
