Bruns Earns G-MAC Athlete of the Week

Findlay, Ohio- Senior forward Nathan Bruns was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Athlete of the Week on Dec. 12 for his performance in a pair of wins for Findlay against Saginaw Valley State and Tiffin.

Bruns averaged 18 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 3 assists per game in the two victories. He also shot 57.9 percent (11-of-19) from the floor and 5-of-7 from deep.

In the Oilers 79-73 win against Saginaw Valley State, Bruns had 22 points and nine rebounds. He then followed with 14 points and seven rebounds in Findlay's 70-54 win against Tiffin.

This is Bruns' third G-MAC Athlete of the Week honor and his first of the season.
