Oilers Tied for 19th at Regional
The University of Findlay men's golf team is tied for 19th after day one of the NCAA Division II Midwest/Central Super Regional, which wrapped up on May 7 at the Findlay Country Club. The Oilers shot a 305 on the first day of competition while Tiffin University leads the field with a 7-under par 281.
Justin Roth and Luke Kelly paced the Oilers on day one as they each posted a 75 and are tied for 43rd at the tournament. Roth finished his round with 13 pars and a birdie while Kelly fired 11 pars and recorded two birdies.
Dylan DeWitt posted a 77 and is tied for 73rd, Cam Wardley carded a 78 and is tied for 85th, and Cameron Bruce recorded an 81, which is good for 104th.
The second day of competition will continue tomorrow.
