The University of Findlay men's soccer team lost to GLIAC foe Walsh University on Sunday, September 15 at DeHaven Field.
Walsh jumped out to a 1-0 lead when Quebec Gibbons scored on a header at the 17 minute mark.
The Oilers tied the game when sophomore Ryan Poyle scored on a breakaway at the 66 minute mark. He was assisted by sophomore Mark Sleasman.
Walsh regained the lead when Sam Mountstephens scored at the 80 minute mark. He was assisted by Kain Melville.
Findlay goalkeeper Joe McClanahan took the loss in the net and had five saves in the process.
The Oilers, who are now 1-2-1 on the year, will face GLIAC opponent Lake Erie on Friday, September 20 at DeHaven field at 4 p.m.
