Men's Soccer Defeated by Panthers in Last Conference Game of the Season

Columbus, OH- The University of Findlay men's soccer team lost in their last conference game of the season on Sunday, October 30.  The Oilers overall record ended at 7-10-1 and a 6-9-1 record in the GLIAC. 

In the first half, Ohio Dominican scored in the 23rd minute in the middle of the box from a pass on the left wing to take a 1-0 lead. 

Eight minutes later in the 31st minute, the Panthers scored again from a breakaway on the left wing to take a 2-0 lead.

One minute later, the Panthers quickly capitalized again to go up 3-0.

At the end of the first half, the Oilers had two shots to the Panther's eleven shots.

The second half proved to be scoreless as the Oilers defense kept the Panthers from scoring inside the box.

At the end of the game, the Oilers had a total of four shots to the Panther's fourteen shots.

The Oilers will take the pitch again in March for the spring season.
