Oilers Fall in 1-0 Battle with Lake Erie

Findlay, Ohio - The Findlay Oilers lost to the Lake Erie Storm 2-1 on Thursday Sep. 16 at DeHaven Field. 

Lake Erie started the game off on a goal in the 17th minute by Jackson Breske. The Oilers tied this goal in the 50th minute minute off a penalty kick by Patrik Kibler. However the Storm had a late goal by Ayden Von Essen in the 82nd minute.

The Oilers goalkeeper Andrew Boulten recorded 2 saves on 4 shots. 

Findlay will be back in action on the road Saturday, Sep. 19 to take on Kentucky Wesleyan.
