The University of Findlay Men's soccer team was defeated by Ashland University on Oct. 23 by a score of 3-1. This loss brings the Oilers to 6-7-1 on the season and 5-5-1 in Great Midwest Athletic Conference Play.
The Eagles had two goals in the first half of the game one from Justin Libertowski in the 23rd minute off an assit from Camden Stanzione and the second by Brandon Davidson off assists from both Hunter Johnson & George Brown.
Dani Micheletti added another goal for the Eagles in the 81st minute off an assist from Justin Libertowski.
Oilers goalkeeper, junior Andrew Boulton, recorded a career high 11 saves on the night.
Findlay will be back in action at home on Oct. 28 when they take on Cedarville University.
