Lakers Top Oilers 5-4 in GLIAC Tournament

The University of Findlay men's tennis team dropped a 5-4 decision to Grand Valley State University on Saturday, April 20 in the second round of the 2013 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Tournament, which is being held in Midland, Mich.

The loss to the Lakers gives the Oilers a 7-13 record on the season.

The Oilers won two out of the three doubles matches, but the Lakers claimed four singles wins to come from behind and secure the victory.

Findlay will now play Tiffin University on Sunday, April 21 in the seventh place match.  The event is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m.
