Kuyama Wins Singles Title at ITA Regional

University of Findlay men's tennis sophomore Soh Kuyama won the 2020 ITA Midwest Regional singles championship on Sep. 21 in Indianapolis, Ind. Kuyama went 5-0 at the tournament to win the title and became the Oilers first player to ever win a singles championship at the event.

Kuyama advanced to the finals with a 6-3, 7-5 victory over Illinois-Springfield's Menno Servaes. In the finals, Kuyama scored a 6-4, 6-4 win against Indianapolis' Renato Lima.
