Oilers Softball Earns 8-Seed in GLIAC Tournament

The University of Findlay softball team earned the eight-seed in the 2013 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Tournament, which will be hosted by the Oilers on May 3-5 at the Marathon Diamonds.

The Oilers are currently 25-13 on the season and will play top-seeded Grand Valley State University (36-4) in the opening round.  The contest is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. on Friday.

The tournament is a double elimination event.
