Camilo Montano Marrugo Named Athlete of the Week

Findlay, Ohio - The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) announced their Swimming and Diving Athletes of the Week for the week of Nov. 8 late on Friday, Nov. 19. Findlay's Camilo Montano Marrugo was named men's Athlete of the Week after helping lead the Oilers to a victory over Lewis University last week.

The freshman impressed as he touched the wall first in the short sprint 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle and the 200 freestyle relay.
 
Montano Marrugo clocked a 46.94 in the 100 freestyle, 21.15 in the 50 freestyle.
 
He teamed with Tim Stollings, Dags Bregis and Angel Margaritov, to win the 200 freestyle relay in 1:24.58.
