Findlay Earns #4 Seed in G-MAC Tournament | Will Host Cedarville on Tuesday

Findlay, Ohio - The University of Findlay women's basketball team, fresh off of its reagular-season ending win against Tiffin on Saturday, Feb. 26, has earned the fourth seed in the upcoming Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Championship Tournament to be held next week. As the four seed, the Oilers have earned the right to host a quarterfinal contest. Findlay will take on the fifth-seeded Cedarville Yellow Jackets who, like the Oilers, finished the regular season with a 12-10 record in conference play.

Seeding for the tournamnet was decided by the conference's point rating system which, in the end, bumped the Oilers ahead of both Cedarville and Malone who each started the day ahead of Findlay in the standings.

The game will be played in Croy Gymnasium in Findlay, Ohio on Tuesday, March 1 at 7:00 pm. Gates will open at 6:00 pm.

Ashland University has earned the top seed in the tournamnet, giving the Eagles a bye in the first round and the right to host the conference semifinals and conference championship.

The tournament will be played as seen below:
