Albers Fires an 80 on 3rd Day of National Championship

Sophomore Brooke Albers shot an 80 during the third round of competition at the 2012 NCAA Division II National Championship, which concluded on Friday, May 18 at the Persimmon Ridge Golf Course in Louisville, Ky.

Albers who had her best round thus far on Friday, is currently in 48th place at the event.

The Ft. Loramie, Ohio native birdied holes five and 18 during the third round and has a 54-hole score of 251 thus far.

The tournament will conclude tomorrow.
