4 Golfers Earn Scholar All-American Honors

The University of Findlay women's golf program had four student-athletes honored by the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) on June 29 for their achievements in the classroom. Seniors Mackenzie Keenoy and Meredith Wipper were joined by junior Kristina Kniesly and sophomore Jill Schmitmeyer on the WGCA All-American Scholar Team.

A total of 1,401 women's collegiate golfers across all divisions were recognized with this prestigious honor.  The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics. The minimum cumulative GPA is 3.50.
