Women's golf coaches association national poll released on March 25

Oilers Ranked 7th in National Poll

Despite winning three straight tournaments, the Oilers remain seventh in the latest Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) NCAA Division II poll, which was released on March 25.

The Oilers, who have been ranked as high as fifth this year, have remained in the top-10 all season long. Individually, senior Jill Schmitmeyer is ranked 18th in the country in scoring average at 74.61 while senior Kristina Kniesly is ranked 33rd at 74.81.

Sophomore Gabby Woods is also ranked in the top-65, checking in 64th with a scoring average of 75.31
