Burud Named Player of the Week

Senior Ciara Burud was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Women's Lacrosse Offensive Player of the Week on April 28 for her performance in a pair of wins against Ursuline College last week.

Burud, who has now been named player of the week twice this year, scored 14 goals in the two games and also added two assists. The Red Hook, N.Y. native also won seven draws, picked up five ground balls, and caused three turnovers.
