Bornstein and Dilorenzo Earn G-MAC Athlete of the Week

Findlay, Ohio- The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) announced its Athlete of the Week selections for the previous seven-day period and in lacrosse, the University of Findlay swept both the offensive and defensive honors. Senior Danielle Dilorenzo picked up Offensive Player of the Week while senior Rachel Bornstein earned Defensive Player of the Week after guiding the Oilers to two wins this past week- against Davenport and Lake Erie. 

Bornstein, the goalkeeper for the Oilers, recorded fifteen saves and allowed just 7.3 goals per game. Meanwhile, forward Dilorenzo, scored 13 goals and recorded 28 draw controls. She set a new school record for draw controls against Lake Erie with 18.
