Four Roughnecks will be competing at the NCAA Division II National Championship, which runs from March 8-9 in Birmingham, Ala.

Junior Ben Sergent (26-11), ranked seventh in the nation in the 125-pound weight class, will take on Gannon University's Matthew Turek (27-7) in the opening round of the tournament as he looks to earn his second consecutive All-American honor.  Sergent was recently named a second team all-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) pick.

At 165, senior Mason True (28-19) will square off against St. Cloud State's Gabe Fogarty (24-10) in his first match.  True was the national runner-up last year in the 165-pound weight class and was named All-American as well.

Junior Adam Walters (24-2), ranked third nationally in the 184-pound weight class, will face Chadron State's Jordan Debus (16-10) in his opening round match.  Walters, who was the national runner-up at 184 last year, earned All-American honors in 2012.  He was also named the 2013 GLIAC Wrestler of the Year.

At 285, senior Andrew Tumlin (28-10) will take on Newberry's Robert Wade (20-7) in his opening match and will look to earn All-American honors for the first time during his career.  Tumlin is currently ranked eighth in the nation.
