Roughnecks Wrap G-MAC Championship
The University of Findlay wrestling team wrapped up the second day of competition at the 2020 Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Championship inside the Koehler Fitness and Recreation Complex, going 1-2 to finish the tournament in third place with a 3-2 mark.
The Roughnecks fell 38-8 to 8th-ranked Tiffin University to begin the day and then lost 23-12 to Lake Erie College before winning 34-13 against Kentucky Wesleyan College. Tiffin University won the championship by going 5-0.
Zachary Collins led the Roughnecks on day two by going 3-0 in the 125-pound weight class.
The Roughnecks will be back in action again on Feb. 1 when they host Ashland University.
