Findlay (14-2-1) | #3 Seed

The Oilers began the year undefeated through 13 games and currently have a record of 14-2-1, the most wins in a season since 1997.

While their scoring offense is good, the best in the conference, in fact, Findlay hangs their hat on a tough, blue collar style defense. Led by first team all-G-MAC selection Lindsey Ahbe and second team all-G-MAC selection Sierra Perry, Findlay's defense has allowed just seven goals this season for a goals against average of just 0.41, ninth-best in the country.

Second team all-conference goalkeeper Anna Money has been stellar, as well. She has a goals against average of just .352 which ranks fourth in the nation while her save percentage of .909 is third.

The Oilers are no slouch offensively, however. Findlay led the G-MAC at 2.5 goals per game. Leading the charge was senior Sierra Peacock, a first team all-G-MAC honoree who scored a team-high ten goals this season. G-MAC Freshman of the Year Jayla Campbell has played a major role in the offense, scoring nine goals this season including five game-winners, second-most in the conference.

Rockhurst (14-5) | #6 Seed

Coming all the way from Kansas City, Missouri, the Rockhurst University Hawks, out of the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) have a more storied past when it comes to NCAA postseason play. The Hawks have qualified for the tournament three out of the last four years and seven times since 2008 when they made their inaugural appearance. The Hawks have made it out of the first round just twice and have never advanced past the second round.

Rockhurst, who has played their last six NCAA tournament games in Allendale, Michigan at Grand Valley St., comes to Findlay after a season in which they finished third in the GLVC standings at 11-4 in league play. On the season, the Hawks have allowed 18 goals while scoring 31.

Junior Jillian Leetch, a first-team all-GLVC performer, is the cog in the machine for Rockhurst and enters the game tied for the team-lead with six goals. She also has a team-best seven assists on the year. Teammate and sister McKenna Leetch shares the team lead with six goals including three game winners.
