They all have a great deal of high-level club soccer that has brought them to this position and each player is a great representation of what we value for the future of the program. These are great young women with character, drive, and are determined to be impactful both in the classroom and on the field."

"I'm really excited for the student athletes we have joining us this fall. A lot of talent to be added all over the field and some even better people. This 2022 class is made up of young women that want to excel in the classroom, compete at a high level, connect with the community and really throw themselves into anything that is going to help them attain a standard of excellence. I believe this very driven group will help bring out the best in everyone they surround. I'm really looking forward to seeing what the next 10 months of growth looks like for them as they prepare to set foot on campus."

Ava Ayers: Ayers is a product of Lake High School and plays club for 04 Premier at Greater Toledo Futbol Club in the National League. She is a future Physical Therapist, member of the National Honors Society, and a 3-sport athlete excelling in soccer, basketball, and track. Ava has set multiple records for her high school including most goals in a game, season, and career. Her work ethic, quiet determination, and composure in front of goal set her apart. We are looking forward to Ava continuing the trend and netting many more goals as an Oiler.

  • Why Findlay: "I chose Findlay because it was the perfect distance from home, had the smaller school feel I was looking for, and a great soccer team that I am very excited to become a part of."  - Ava

A student athlete that is always watching the game, training and striving to get just an inch better each and every day. She is a future Occupational Therapist, active member in student council, and also competes on the US Youth Futsal National Team when she's not competing for her high school and club. Audrey's confidence in goal, composure both on and off the field, as well as her "always give your best and get the job done" attitude is something you just can't teach. We can't wait to have another set of hands defending our net.
