Top-10 Individual Performances | #8 Ellie Tischler

The Oilers had another incredible year as multiple student-athletes saw success at both the conference and national level. In order to further honor those accomplishments, Findlay's media relations staff has put together a top-10 list of individual performances from the year and will release them throughout the summer months.

#8 | Ellie Tischler | Women's Soccer

Junior Ellie Tischler had a breakout campaign last fall as she became one of the top offensive threats in the conference on her way to picking up the first all-Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) award of her career. She was later named first team all-region by the Division 2 Commissioners Association (D2CCA), making her just the sixth player in program history to be named first team all-region by that organization.

Tischler, a Lebanon, Ohio native, scored a team-high eight goals this season which ranked sixth in the conference. She earned Athlete of the Week after scoring three goals in a week including two goals against Tiffin on Sep. 24. She had another two-goal game against Trevecca Nazarene on Oct. 19, part of a stretch in which she scored four times in three games.

Prior to this season, the midfielder had scored five goals in her career, two of which came as a freshman and three as a sophomore. She now has 13 goals and two assists in her time at UF for a total of 28 points.
