Elina Ivanova Earns G-MAC Athlete of the Week

Indianapolis, Ind. – The Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) released their selections for Athlete of the Week on Monday, April 17 and, in women's tennis, Findlay's Elina Ivanova has taken home the award after going a perfect 4-0 last week.

Ivanova helped the Oilers to wins over both Cedarville and Ashland, both 7-0 victories. Ivanova went 2-0 at second doubles and also went 2-0 at first singles, winning her match against Cedarville 7-5, 6-0 and later defeating her Ashland opponent 6-0, 6-2.

It is the second time this year that Ivanova has earned G-MAC Athlete of the Week.
