The University of Findlay volleyball team dropped a 3-0 (25-27, 21-25, 17-25) decision at home to Northern Michigan University on Saturday, Oct. 5 in Croy Gymnasium.
The Oilers, who fell to 11-5 on the season with a 4-3 record in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC), received nine kills from senior Danielle Taflinger.
Senior Mackenzie Vorst registered eight kills while sophomore Andrea Roach had six.
Freshman Hannah Tong contributed five kills while junior Amanda Calhoun had 29 assists and seven digs.
Sophomore Becca Shoemaker led the defense with nine digs.
The Oilers will return to action again on Friday, Oct. 11 when they host Northwood at 7:30 p.m.
