The University of Findlay volleyball team dropped a 3-0 (25-19, 25-15, 25-18) decision to Ashland University on Nov. 16 in Croy Gymnasium.  The loss gives the Oilers a 20-11 record on the season with an 11-7 mark in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC).

The Oilers only hit .137 for the match and had 17 hitting errors.  They were led by freshman Hannah Tong, who recorded ten kills.

Sophomore Andrea Roach added six kills while junior Amanda Calhoun and senior Danielle Taflinger contributed four kills apiece.

Calhoun also added 21 assists while senior Brittany Hall and senior Jacqui Endre had six digs apiece.

The Oilers have qualified for the GLIAC Tournament and will travel to Marquette, Mich. on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. match.
